OVSGA

Founded in 1927, the OVSGA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting farmers in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. It focuses on promoting seed quality, advancing agricultural knowledge, and engaging with the local community through various educational and charitable initiatives.

Farm Show

Ontario’s longest-running agricultural trade show, the Ottawa Valley Farm Show brings together over 360 exhibitors under one roof to display the latest farming technology, equipment, and services. The event fosters networking, innovation, and education within the agricultural community, with a special focus on seed quality and crop production.

Seed Show

The Seed Show, a cornerstone event of the OVSGA, celebrates excellence in crop production by showcasing the best seed entries from local county shows. This annual competition highlights top-tier agricultural products and provides a platform for farmers to share knowledge and expertise.
