MOVE IN, OUT: For exhibitors, the move-in day this year is Monday, March 12. Remember ... we have to get the entire setup done in a single day in a brand new location. Please cooperate by paying close attention to your move-in times as we try to limit backup and confusion.
Move out begins at 4 pm on the final day of the show. We ask all exhibitors to remain at their booths until closing time.
Exhibitors are urged to book their electrical and curtaining requirements in advance with Freeman, as rates increase substantially after the show opens. Curtains and signage should not block visibility for adjacent booths, and exhibitors must keep their displays clear of traffic isles so as not to create congestion and a possible breach of fire regulations.
PARKING: CE Centre management charges $7 to park on the grounds. The Farm Show organization has no control over this fee. |
