The number is 613 230-0318. Accounts: All accounts must be paid by February 28, 2008 Move in Times: We will be moving in on Sunday, March 9th and Monday, March 10th. Move in kits - Contact the Secretary-Treasurer Please have all displays ready by five p.m. on Monday, March 10th This is when the aisle carpets will be put down. Move out is slated for Thursday, March 13th after 4:00 p.m. and Friday, March 14th , before eleven o'clock. Please Advise A.S.A.P. if you will be bringing any equipment from the U.S.A. as we need to inform the broker firm (Mendelssohn Commercial) Passes: Each exhibitor will be given four passes for every 100 square feet of inside space booked. Four passes will be given to each outside exhibitor. Additional passes may be purchased at a cost of $3.00 each. As indicated on your contract, these passes will be mailed out, or picked up at the Farm Show office. Each representative will be responsible for distribution to members of staff. Company names only will appear on the passes. Passes can be returned to the office at the end of the day if new personnel will be manning the booth the next day. Fork Lifts: These will be available during move-in and move-out. *Small equipment (ie lawn tractors, ATV's) will not be unloaded off the back of trailers or flatbeds: ramps must be provided.
