| The Concourse, the upper level of the Civic Centre, is the home of the Ottawa Valley Seed Growers' flagship exhibit, the Court of Honour. The Official Opening, the Prestigious Seed Sale, and the Awards presentations are held here, and this is where the prize winning entries of the Seed Show are displayed. A large section of the Court of Honour is used by the 4-H clubs to to display their winning entries. |
