Carleton 4-H members held their annual Judging Night at the Richmond Fairgrounds on July 23, 2008. The 150 participants judged and gave reasons on classes of 2-year-old dairy cows, Hereford yearling heifers, breeding ewe lambs, first cut hay, white beans, and a mystery class that turned out to be photography. They also identified samples of seeds and weeds, and answered 4-H general knowledge questions.
